Notification of Return

Shirts

Customers must notify our company of a return through the contact page within ten days of receiving their order. Notice of returns past the given ten-day window will not be accepted.

Swimwear

We will not have a return policy until we begin manufacturing. PPE Bikinis fully expects to comply with the standard terms of our resellers/partners (standard is generally 30 days from receiving the order).

Eligable Returns

Shirts

Every shirt is custom made at the time of placing the order. This allows us to not carry inventory, but it does have drawbacks. All sales are final with the following exceptions:

  • Customer received the wrong size product (we will verify that you ordered the correct size/product)

  • Item received was misprinted or damaged before using

  • Please note that all customers must abide by the ten-day notification timeline

Swimwear

Wrong Address

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have entered an incorrect address. We will make attempt to stop the shirt from shipping. If the shirt has already been printed and sent in the mail, we will not be able to reroute the order.

On the rare occasion that an item is sent back to our third-party manufacturer, we can send products to a new address for an additional cost. We will only charge you what our costs are for this services.

Please go to our Contact Us page and and select "Order Issue" as the subject. Provide as much information as possible, so we can promptly solve any and all issues.
